There are 3 rental units at Quinta Ixchel. All are upscale, tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay.

Suite 2 is a one-bedroom unit on the second floor on the lagoon side. There is a king-size bed, one bathroom, a small living area and a kitchen. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner cooktop and oven, blender, coffeepot, toaster, high-end cook and bakeware, cutlery, cooking utensils - everything you need to make this your home away from home experience. There is air conditioning in each room, all modern stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops and marble floors, and a smart TV.

Guests staying in this suite have full access to our beautiful new dock on the lagoon side. Great for travelers arriving by boat or for enjoying breakfast or an evening cocktail on the water.

Suite 2 can be rented along with Suite 1 as a two bedroom unit or individually as a one bedroom unit. There are a set of lock-out doors between the two units to combine the units or to keep them separate.

​

When either Suite 1 or 2 is rented along with Villa QI, then the guests will have access to the pool and beach.
