The Villa at Quinta Ixchel is equipped with two sets of sliding glass doors that open completely to expand your indoor-outdoor Caribbean living experience. Many of our guests rave about lunch or evening dinners under the private palapa with breathtaking views of the ocean and Cancun skyline. The villa is the perfect place for morning walks on the beach, afternoon kayaking, and faces west for beautiful sunsets. If you love the ocean, this is an excellent chance to experience it; your private beach and lounge chairs await you.

The main house of Quinta Ixchel is located on the same property next to the Villa. The owner stays at the main house and you will find him to be helpful for advice about the island. At the back of the property is one other very small house where the caretakers live. They are wonderful people who you would only see when they are cleaning the pool, raking the beach or watering the plants. They take great pride and are very protective of our property - we are very lucky to have them. Thanks to them and the privacy of the house,  the property is very secure and safe.

​It is located in the Sac Bajo neighborhood of the island close to Villa Rolandis and Dolphin Discovery. It is very easy to catch a taxi in front of the house for a short ride to town where you will find most of the shops, incredible restaurants and live music.
